Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, and services provided by Ven Glass Insulation. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations and offers
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Agreements
An agreement is concluded when the customer accepts a quotation in writing (including by email) or places an order. Ven Glass Insulation reserves the right to decline an order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are as stated in the quotation and may be subject to change if circumstances require (e.g., material price increases).
Payment terms are [e.g., 14 days] unless agreed otherwise in writing.
In case of late payment, statutory interest and reasonable collection costs may be charged.

5. Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation dates are given in good faith but are indicative, not strict deadlines.
The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the location for installation.
Any delays caused by the customer (e.g., inaccessible premises) may result in additional costs.

6. Inspection and complaints

The customer must inspect the work upon completion and report any visible defects within [e.g., 7 days].
Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@venglassinsulation.com, including photos where possible.
Minor deviations in color, finish, or appearance inherent to glass film are not considered defects.

7. Warranty

Ven Glass Insulation provides a warranty of [e.g., X years] on materials and installation, depending on the film type.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation errors under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, cleaning with unsuitable products, mechanical damage, or normal wear and tear.

8. Liability

Ven Glass Insulation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the invoice value of the relevant order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Ven Glass Insulation is not responsible for existing defects in glass, frames, or substrates.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation by the customer must be made in writing.
If work has already started or materials have been ordered, reasonable costs may be charged.

10. Force majeure
Ven Glass Insulation is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, supplier delays, or illness.

11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Ven Glass Insulation and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms
Ven Glass Insulation may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
